Established in 1996 Doug Simmonds has provided a Consultancy service to the Licensed Trade which is recognised as being one of the best.  Now dealing mainly with the Licensing Act 2003 we have made many successful applications for all sorts of premises ranging from Large Open Air Concerts to the corner shop Off Licence and including some of the most prominent Hotels, Restaurants, Bars and other venues in the area.


Cliff Collings Consultancy is fully approved by the BIIAB to run their training courses and exams. Training has always been essential to running a successful premise and Doug Simmonds has worked as the senior tutor with Cliff Collings since the early 1990's. We provide a range of Training, from bespoke courses to the current National Certificate for Personal License Holders (NCPLH).  Following Cliff's retirement at the end of 2007 and the formation of the one company we will continue to provide a range of BIIAB approved courses and are intending to widen the range of training available to our customers.
