Applications can be made by an individual or by a partnership or company. In all cases when changes are intended there is a requirement to make a risk assessment against the four licensing objectives.
We will work with you and depending on the type of application put together or amend the operating schedule to submit showing how it will work in the future and how you will achieve the four licensing objectives. Where required we can provide both standard and bespoke training.
Additionally we work with and can recommend a range of experts who can assist with plans, design, installation and security
Fees will vary depending on the amount of work to be done and may include additional costs such as plans, newspaper adverts and licence fee to the council, see our terms and conditions and the individual applications below.
