LEGISLATION UPDATE APRIL 2017 From the 6th of April 2017 a premises licence cannot be held by an individual who does not have a right to live and work in the UK or is subject to a condition restricting him from doing work related to Licensable Activities.  In future therefore further ID checks will be carried out on individuals making applications and there will be a requirement to provide documents to prove that persons status in the UK. TRAINING The Award for Personal Licensee's  (APLH) is kept right up to date with legislation and government requirements to ensure it remains the lead qualification for licensees) details are on our training page, we regularly run these courses with a high degree of success.

Although the Personal Licence is a continued requirement, from the 1st of April 2015 there is no need ever to renew them but make sure your name and address is right up to date.
