Training for the Licencing Act 2003

The Cliff Collings Consultancy has been providing training and examinations for licensees since 1992 and is accredited by the BIIAB at their highest level of Outstanding 'Grade 1'.

We ran one of the very first workshops and exams for the BII and can now provide a wide range of their courses and exams. Please contact us and ask about further opportunities.

Doug Simmonds FBII,tp has been the senior tutor with the Consultancy since it started and tutors on all the courses, being one of the few trainers approved to run the National Certificate for Licencing Practitioners.

He brings a wealth of practical experience to the workshops both from his years as a Senior Licensing Inspector for Sussex Police where for 8 years he ran the much acclaimed Brighton & Hove Licencing Unit to his time spent as a Consultant and Trainer providing advice and guidance to many of the Licenced Premises in and around Sussex and further afield.
