Training for the Licensing Act 2003

The Cliff Collings Consultancy has been providing training and examinations for licensees since 1992 and is accredited by the BIIAB. We ran one of the very first workshops and exams for the BII and can now provide a wide range of their courses and exams. Please contact us and ask about further opportunities.

Doug Simmonds MBII,tp has been the senior tutor with the Consultancy since it started and tutors on all the courses, being one of the few trainers approved to run the National Certificate for Licensing Practitioners.

He brings a wealth of practical experience to the workshops both from his years as a Senior Licensing Inspector for Sussex Police where for 8 years he ran the much acclaimed Brighton & Hove Licensing Unit to his time spent as a Consultant and Trainer providing advice and guidance to many of the Licensed Premises in and around Sussex and further afield.
