Minor Variations
Minor Variations can be made to your premise without having to go through the long and formal proceedure initially reguired by the 2003 Licensing Act. This was introduced on the 29th of July 2009 and will allow minor changes to conditions and Licensable Activities other than the extension of hours and especially in relation to extending the sale of Alcohol.
There is a standard licence fee of £89 and no newspaper advert is required neither are plans unless it is an alteration to the layout.
