Review of Premise Licence
A Review of a premise licence is carried out by the Licensing Authority following complaint that the licence holder is not complying with the Licensing Objectives which are:
Preventing Crime & Disorder. Ensuring Public Safety.
Preventing Public Nuisance. Protecting children from Harm.
The review comes about because either one of the consultative authorites such as the police of Environmental Health have complaints or because neighbours in the area have complaints about how the premises is being run.
If you are a premise licence holder and have been told you have problems or If you have problems with a premise then the best way to resolve it is by talking with the persons concerned.
However if you cannot resolve it then we are experienced at negotiation and can help or indeed consider advising you further on the review process and representing you through it.
