One of the statuatory requirements for the grant of a personal licence is obtaining an accredited qualification. The Award for Personal Licensees  (APLH) has replaced the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH).

Doug Simmonds Ltd training department 'Cliff Collings Consultancy' regularly holds training & exams at locations in Brighton & Hove and other locations by arrangement. Cost of these courses are all inclusive, including learning book, exam, tea. coffee & food on the day and its free parking.

With advance notice and by special arrangement we were be able to allow Exams to be taken in some other Languages, This facility has now been withdrawn for all centres by the BIIAB
